Gentle Thursday Yoga Class

Thursday’s 6.15-7.15pm

This is a gentle yoga course which is ideal for beginners or those looking to rekindle their love of yoga. We will start with the basics of a balanced yoga practice in an inclusive way so that it's accessible and beneficial to all.

All you need to bring is your mat (I do have some spares so let me know if you need to borrow one).
