I open up the class 10 mins before the start time so please feel free to arrive early for your first session if you would like a little chat before getting started.

What To Bring / Wear:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a jumper/ blanket/ warm layer for the relaxation at the end.

  • A bottle of water.

  • A Yoga Mat. If you don't have one and would like to borrow one for your first class please let me know in advance.

Class Etiquette: To enable all students to relax and to make sure that you are practicing in a safe environment there are just a few things I ask.

  • Please make sure your phone is turned off

  • Arrive in good time to start the class (please don’t be late)

  • Please try to avoid smoking before class as the smell of nicotine can be very off putting for students
