🌿 Summer Reset – 3 Week Yoga Course in Wallingford🌿

Starting Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th July

Take some time for yourself this summer and leave feeling stronger, calmer and more balanced.
What we'll cover:

Week 1 – Core & Posture

Build strength from the inside out with mindful core work designed to improve posture, stability and body awareness. We'll finish with breathwork and a deeply relaxing guided relaxation to leave you feeling centred and refreshed.

Week 2 – Hips & Legs

Develop lower body strength, mobility and confidence through functional movement. We'll focus on releasing tension in the hips, improving balance and creating greater ease of movement, followed by calming breathwork and relaxation.

Week 3 – Shoulders & Stress Relief

Release tension through the shoulders, neck and upper back while improving mobility and posture. This restorative session is designed to calm the nervous system, ease stress and finish the course feeling relaxed, balanced and renewed.
