Step away from the chaos of your day and give yourself the space to slow down, soften and reconnect.
Evening Unwind is a gentle, supportive session designed to help you unwind, release tension and create space — both in the body and the mind. Aligned with the waning moon, this is a time for letting go, reflection and gentle integration.
We’ll begin with slow, accessible yoga to ease tightness, calm the nervous system and settle your energy. The focus is on softness and awareness rather than effort, making the movement suitable for all levels.
You’ll then be guided into a sound journey using soothing tones and vibrations. Sound can support deep rest and nervous system regulation, but it can also bring awareness to held emotions or areas of tension. Everyone’s experience is different — you are simply invited to notice what arises and allow the body to respond in its own way, within a safe and supportive space.
This is an opportunity to pause, release what you no longer need, and leave feeling more grounded, spacious and connected.
