Lazy Sunday Yoga and Sound Bath

Ease into your Sunday morning with a deeply nourishing Lazy Sunday Yoga and Sound Bath.

This gentle session is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset for the week ahead. We’ll begin with a calming, slow-flow yoga practice to release tension, stretch the body, and reconnect with the breath. The movements will be accessible and unhurried, making it suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a more restorative start to your day.

After our movement practice, you’ll settle into stillness for a soothing sound bath, where the vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments will wash over you. These beautiful sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into a deeply restorative state of relaxation.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, rested, and gently re-energised.
